Application Requirements for Producer Company Registration

  • Registered Office: You’ll need a physical address for your company, even if it’s just a place where you can receive mail.
  • Documents of Directors: You’ll need identification documents, like Aadhar card, PAN card, and photographs of all the directors.
  • Memorandum and Articles of Association: These are legal documents that outline the rules and objectives of your company.
  • Bank Account: Set up a bank account for your company to manage the money you earn and spend.

Documents Needed to Register a Producer Company

  • For Members (People in the Company):
    • Passport-size color photos of members.
    • PAN Card of each member.
    • Documents to prove the identity of each member.
    • Proof of the registered office address.
    • Proof that shows the company is involed in production activities.
  • For the Premises (Place Where the Company is Located):
    • Proof of the registered office address.
    • A certificate from the owner saying it’s okay for the company to use that place.
    • If you’re renting, you’ll need the rent agreement. If you own the place, you’ll need property documents.
  • Legal Documents:
    • A questionnaire about the company for registration.
    • A form where the directors agree to be part of the company (Form DIR-2).
    • A sample of the directors’ signatures.
    • A signed sheet by the people who are starting the company.
